For the very first in-depth research we use 10 testers and a detailed script of the testing process, including the entire customer journey throughout your product and performing most of the targeted actions. For further tasks we can use several dozens of individuals just for one test.

We operate on all continents around the globe and we do have a successful script of recruiting testers in a new country. The term for selecting target focus groups from scratch usually takes approximately 3 weeks.
